ABOUT

Caxton House bed and breakfast offers a warm and friendly welcome,located in the small market town of Saxmundham. The guest accommodation is within walking distance of restaurants & local shops, and has a main- line rail link to London and a good local bus service, so a car is not essential

 

OUR ROOMS

We offer two rooms, at Caxton House a twin and a double. The double room has its own TV, tea and coffee making facilities and private bathroom; we can accommodate a family by adding a single room which would then share the bathroom.

The twin Suite offers a more spacious accommodation which is open plan providing an Kitchenette with fridge 2 ring hotplate and a microwave. A seating area with comfy settee, colour TV and a twin bedded area. A private shower room with a new walk-in shower is down stairs. Full central heating.

 The studio is separated from the main house and has its own private entrance.

Breakfast is served in the dining room.

There is numerous English Heritage and National Trust sites in the area - visit the relics of the Saxons at Sutton Hoo to defending your castles at Framlingham and Orford

Snape Maltings with its famous concert hall is a mere 10 minute drive away
